When you fill in the enquiry form, the details stay in your browser. Pressing Send Enquiry opens WhatsApp, and pressing Send by email instead opens your email app, with a message containing the details you entered: your name, mobile number, and, if you provide them, your email address, organization or institution name, the service you are interested in, and your message. To pre-fill the message, these details are passed to WhatsApp or your email app through the link that opens it. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that message from WhatsApp or your email app.
You can also contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. In every case, we use the information you share only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Third-party services
- WhatsApp and email: messages you send us are delivered by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, and are also subject to their privacy policies.
- Google Maps: the map on our Contact Us page loads only when you press “Show map”. Once loaded, Google may collect information and set cookies under Google's own privacy policy. The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps directly.

Our services include tutoring and pre-primary education. Enquiries about a child should be made by a parent or guardian. Please share only the information we need to respond, such as the child's class and board, and avoid sending sensitive details through WhatsApp or email.
